Healthy Low Carb Lunch Sandwich

I have already shared that I’m trying to tone it up and losing a few pounds. Although I’m intreagued by the Paleo diet, it’s safe to say that I’m no hardcore Paleo follower.
In fact, I just follow a few of the rules and give my own spin on it. (More on this in a later post!)



Now for the Healthy Low Carb Lunch Sandwich:





Ingredients:
Two slices of low carb bread
Two slices of turkey
1/4 avocado
Tomatoes
Alfalfa sprouts





In order: turkey, avocado, tomatoes and then alfalfa. Put the second slice on top and cut in half.
